[Resolved]  Travolook — Refund Not Initiated by Travel Agency

Dear Team

Please look into the matter as Travel agency not refunding money.

We booked our flight from Travolook on 18th Feb22 and payment got successfull but after few minutes we received mail from travolook stating booking cancelled as fare expired afterword we got call from travolook stating refund is processed and will be reflect in my account within 5-7 business days but still we have not received any amount.

Every time we try to contact them they give a new date to us.

Please look into the matter and assist.
