I booked a flight on the 10th of December 2021 using the Travolook official website. The booking (REFERENCE ID: REF[protected] got canceled and I was promised a refund in the next 6-7 working days. It has been around 44 days now (1 and half months) and I have been trying to call their customer care executive but all I receive from their end is to wait a few more days as they have initiated my refund.
