Travolook — Refund not processed from past 3 months

It's been more than 90 days that I am simply moving round and round by Travolook customer care executives, but till date I didn't receive any update on the refund.

As soon as I went on to book ticket, amount was deducted from my account and booking status went to pending. Later within a minute received a call back that booking was declined by airlines and refund would be processed within a week and ever since then I am waiting for the refund amount. Everytime I call up customer care, each executive gives different replies as below :
Executive 1 : Refund has been initiated, you will receive it in your account in 5 working days.
Executive 2: Some issue at merchant side, please wait for 1 week.
Executive 3 : Refund was declined due to technical issue and we have changed the merchant. Please wait for 5 working days.
Executive 4 : Refund has been processed and it will reflect in my account in 5 working days,
Executive 5 - Niharika(today) : Since the refund was declined multiple times, refund amount will be added to Travolook wallet.

Also, everytime I ask for email confirmation on the refund status, your executive says within 24 hours I shall receive one, but until now I didn't even receive a single email. This means your executives keeps on giving false promises.

As per executive 4, if the refund was processed, how come it can get declined. And without informing customer how can you add the refund amount to wallet. Later today, the executive gave assurance to wait until monday and amount will be refunded to my account. And I am still sure all this will continue again and again but refund will stuck and I need to call up your customer care to ask for the status.
