Travolook — Refund not processing, it has been 60 days till now the flight booking is cancelled by them

As all said in google reviews, same thing happened with me, i have booked the ticket on 29 august 2021, they just cancelled the ticket and told to give refund in 7 to 10 working days but today is 26 oct 2021, still I have not got the refund. Every time i called they are saying we again processed the amount and it will take 2 to 3 working days, but they never refund the money. Ticket reference id is Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF[protected]

Updated by Manohar Mudhiraj still i have not got the refund, I have called today that is 20 nov 2021, they are telling same story. Fraud people, what is the use of this site literally i am not understanding. There are lot of complaints on this website in consumer forum and i dont understand still how these travolook people running this fruad website. And also i want to mention what is cyber crime department is doing, I think they are sleeping. Very Very bad governance in our so called Great India.
