Travolook — Refund not received for cancelled flight ticket

Address:836, 2nd floor, Udyog Vihar Phase V, Sector 19, Gurugram, Haryana 122008

I booked 2 Flight tickets in Travolook.in portal which details are furnished below:

Name of Passenger: Vishnu Nair
From Bhubaneswar to Mumbai
Price: Rs. 5043 - From Credit Card of Chittaranjan Panda

Price: Rs. 5043 - From Credit card of Chittaranjan Panda
Immediately after booking I got mail from Travolook that the tickets are cancelled due to some operational issue at Travolook side. Also received call from Travolook customer support saying the same. The amount deducted would be refund within 10-15 working days.
After 15 working days I sent mail to customer support for my refund, I am getting some auto genarated mail and not yet refunded.
