Travolook — Refund not received for flight which was cancelled

I have booked airticket (GoAir G8 2604) by Travolook Agency on 1st June 2021 from Coimbatore (CJB – Peelamedu Airport) to Mumbai(Bom – Chatrapati Shivaji International airport) & travel date was on 13th June 2021, Reference No. REF[protected] & PNR F978TW booking amount is Rs. 4467.
On 11th June 12.00AM at midnight, I got a call from Airlines-GoAir, they informed that flight has cancellation.
Later I call to Travolook and informed that flight has cancelled request you to refund the amount they accepted & they informed me that they will refund the amount within 45 days, now almost 4 months have completed, if I call the Travolook executive they are not responding properly and they are saying the same thing ie. refund is in progress within 2 to 3 day you will get the amount.
I am attaching the screenshot of booking & cancellation details.
