Travolook — Refund not received from Travolook after more than 20 days

I booked my flight ticket for 18th January 2022, which was canceled. The reference number for the same is REF[protected]. The amount to be refunded is Rs 5328.
They have not refunded the amount. On-call, they say it's delayed due to a technical issue.
