Travolook — Refund of Cancelled booking by company itself

Address: 836, 2nd floor, Udyog Vihar Phase V, Sector 19 Gurugram, Haryana 122008

I booked a ticket with Travolook on 22-Dec-2021 between Delhi to Lucknow for 27-Dec-2021. Due to some fare change reasons, Travolook cancelled my booking themselves.
Today is 27-Jan-2022, but they have not yet refunded my booking amount (₹ 3675.00), despite of doing multiple follow-ups on regular basis.

This is a fraud company for sure who cancel bookings due to stupid reasons and doesn't refund customer's money..
