I have booked a ticket on 3rd Jan from Bangalore to Ranchi on travolook.in.
Due to price revision Travolook themselves have cancelled the booking on the same day itself within 30 min.
In the email which i have received from them it stated that the refund will be done within 10-15 working days excluding Saturday and Sunday and gazetted holidays.
I have done multiple follow ups with the customer care for the refund but still i have not received the payment till date. I am enclosing the details of the ticket, refund policy and emails which i have sent to Travolook.
Kindly help me out in this matter.
