Travolook — Refund towards cancellation of round trip tickets

My round trip from Bangalore to Kolkata air tickets booked online on 5th September 2021 by paying Rs 7780/-.but due to technical reason it is cancelled without booking same informed from them and assured that refund will be issued and it will reflect to the source account within 10 to 15 days but it is already 25 days over refund not received so many mail sent to the support team but there response is not good.every time I received same reply saying within 10 to 15 days it will reflect into the source.I am really fed up and I am senior citizen this amount is very important for me please help me to get my amount at the earliest sir.
