Travolook — Refund travel amount

I have booked my ticket from Jammu to Srinagar on 29 May-2021 with Ref no. REF[protected] with the name of Shabir Ahmad Mir of an amout 2418/- Rs. At every week I put complaint on TravelLook for refund, but still they have not refunded my amount.
