Travolook — Regarding refund of cancelled booking

I have booked flight from Travolook website on dated 25.11.2021 but due to server issue of Travolook ticket was cancelled wrt to REF[protected]. However Rs. 6402 was deducted from my account and on same day I receive mail from travolook that amount will be credited within 10-15 days.
I have waited for 2 weeks and again sent mail to them and received reply that amount will be refunded within 7 days. After 1 week again I have called them they said amount will be credited within next 7 days. Now it is around 50 days but amount still not credited to my account.
So kindly take action against agency and help me in refund the amount and penalize the service provider.
