Travolook — Spice jet flight Kolkata to Chennai on 20.07.2021cancelled but the ticket cost not refunded till 06.08.2021

I am complaining about refund of chennai Kolkata flight ticket cost of Rs.17494/-which has not been refunded by the company till date although the spice jet flight was cancelled on 20.07.2021.
