Travolook — Ticket got cancelled and refund not issued

I had booked air ticket through travolook on 28th december 2021. An amount of Rs.22919 was debited and ticked not confirmed. After few minutes I got a email from travolook that the ticket cancelled due to fare change and the amount will refund within 10-15 working days.( copy attached). I had waited till 12th Jan and made call to customer support they said will take another 7 days. Like that each time they are saying different dates. Tiday again i tried to call but call is disconnecting continuously after a long wait.
