Travolook — Ticket got cancelled without receiving any pnr detail. No refund received

We book a ticket on travolook for amt rs. 3286. But our ticket got cancelled without receiving any flight booking detail. This never happened before with other websites. i read so much about it eveywhere the same review. I am just student and this scam happened with me. i request for a help here to get my money back.
