Travolook — Tickets cancelled by travolook by saying PNR not generated

I booked tickets from pune to srinagar for three person and they charge me 13000 for the tickets ..but they said your tickets is not confirmed because ..PNR was not generated...they told me ..you will get tickets money back within one day..till now i have not recieved my refund
