Travolook — Tickets cancelled by travolook by saying PNR not generated.money not refunded

Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF[protected]...they deducted the money but not booked tickets ..they said PNR is not generated and so tickets got cancelled...now they r not refunding money soon..telling me it will take time
