Travolook — Travolook is not refunding my money

I have booked a ticket from travolook on 17th Nov. Whoch was canceled by them after 30 kin. I was told that I will receive the refund within 7-10 working days.Nowits been more than a month and I didn't receive the money. Everyone when I called helpline number they repeat the same thing that I will receive the loney withing 5-7 working days but they do not refund. Kindly help.
