Travolook — Travolook not Refunded money even after one month

I tried to book flight from Travolook on 27 Oct 21 and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also contacted their customer care that I will receive my refund within 10 days. I contacted their customer care many times but received only excuses and next promise date but no refund. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required cancellation details has been attached below
