Travolook — Travolook: Refund Not Received Even after 2 months

Booked a flight from GOA to BLR on September 7 on Travolook.
Travolook deducted amount Rs 3746 while doing the booking. Then after 5 minutes Travolook said booking is cancelled and i would be getting amount refund in 7-10 days.
It's more than 2 months now and still i have not received amount back. I had tried calling to customer care as well but till now haven't got refund back.
Reference number of booking is : REF[protected]

Again one more booking got cancelled, not sure if this also will they return or not REF[protected]
