Travolook — Travolook scam booking sites

I have booked the tickets for which I had paid Rs. 12, 701 and after that I saw that it states the reservation is under process however I could not see any booking details under my booking section, that was the time I thought this is a scam site. Further I got a call from a guy from travolook and he was asking for more money to confirm the booking, I denied and asked for a refund he said he will send an email for refund but I dint received any email. After few hours I got an email that I will get the refund within 5-7 day. I think this is a scam company until I get my money back.
