Message: Hi Team, I have been sending mails and even calling support team but i am not at all satisfied with the answers provided by the support team regarding refund of my amount for REF[protected] which is 4808Rs. This happened on 4th Sept'21 and today is 25th Oct and still dint received the amount.
When i called support services everytime se response is given to my that i will get my amount within 7-10working days.
How much time it will take to cross check and refund my money??
And on my last call to support services they dint even spoke to me properly and disconnected the call. That's how you support your customers by just making them waiting and make them beg for their own amount?
I have been calling to customer support and even sending mails but no response or call back from support group and it seems i am literally Begging for my own amount. This is so nonsense going around. Just saying same automated ans as 7-10 working days or we are looking into it and not escalating to senior back about it.
Never expected such cheap service being provided by some reputated company making their customers beg for their amount for flights which not getting booked.
Its easy to deduct amount within 5-6mins but to refund back it takes 5-6weeks? Really do you want me to believe it will take so much time to just check with finance team and refund my amount?
Then when that person should pay his CC emi? And who will bare the interest of EMi amount as i will be getting just the refund amount and not the interest amount along with that? I have even shared my bank account 1 month transaction of not receiving the amount. What else do you expect me to do apart from waiting for next 7-10 working days?
I would seriously like to raise concern to consumer forum and inform that to take strict action towards such companies who are not even bothered to be on their words and making their customers beg for their own amount. Was this information helpful? |
