Travolook — Website cancelled Ticket but Refund amount not credited by travolook

I have booked a flight ticket through travolook on 17 Nov, 2021.My ticket was cancelled by travolook but refund amount was not credit in my account and I called many times regarding refund but they were giving fake promises and now even the website customer care number is also not getting connected.
