Hi team

I bought one pair for women belly. However it is not comfortable to me (It is ### me from the back)

I bought this specific item on 7th April from Central mall Bellandur (Bangalore)
I was not expecting this as this is well known brand

I want to return this product and get my money back

Need your help to solve this

This concern of shoe bite generally comes up due to sensitive skin, which varies from customer to customer.

We request you to try and use a moisturizer or vaseline on the shoe which will make the surface smooth- also simultaneously you can use the counter stickers. Counter stickers can be applied inside the shoe corner that is hurting your feet.

I purchased four pairs from tresmode showroom mumbai
Two men shoes
Two women slippers
One of the slippers was to be delivered at my home
But a day ago i received the product which is a sample piece.
And also the different product
I need to have my money back or my pair of slippers.
