[Resolved]  Trip Gateway — Selling holiday package with wrong promises

Salesman calling from [protected] by saying his name as rakesh
That my name has been selected by agency for offering assured gift
Samsung galaxy mobile if i buy there holiday package worth 8999

This holiday package is currently also available on their site stating
In 3rd point
"offer is valid for stay only in our affilated 3 star hotels and resorts."

After payment received by them, they even didn't bother to call also for gift related

And iteresting thing was that they makes confirmation call and before confirmation
Sales person calls and tells that when confirmation team ask for gift related say no that
They had not promissed for gift.

Thus all departments are one only and making people fool

Even in form it is written that after booking request they will revert back in 3 days
But when i requested for hotel booking in goa, they didn't requested after 3 week also
And when i got email and phone that they are offering 3 hotels and out of this 3 hotel
I have to select one hotel.

In offer they given me 3 hotels as mentioned bellow

Hotel's name in goa :

1. Tropicano beach resort/similar
2. Diego villa/similar
3. Shangrila beach goa/similar

•period of booking - from 29th april’2016 (Check in) to 03rd may’2016 (Check out)
•number of members accommodated – 4 adults
•room category – 2 standard room.

You are requested to check and do confirm in case, if you would like us to reserve the above booking since all the bookings are subject to promotional availability i. E. Please revert us within 03 hrs. If you would like to reserve the same booking.

After this reservation of your membership will get expired. Further to this, your reservation is non transferable, non cancelled and non reschedule able at any circumstance.

I shocked when i seen that they are giving only standard room not even ac rooms

After many calls they agreed to give ac room in tropicano beach resort and told that
Only this hotel has ac room so i have not any other option to select. But cleverly they
Asked me to give confirmation on mail for this acceptance by forcing time line of 3 hour only
While they don't follow their time line at all.

Further i checked for hotel and found that this hotel is not 3 star hotel
Even in google and google map it is clearly saying it is 2 star hotel

So i checked personally with hotel by phone and found that this hotel rate is only

Rs.[protected]In case of attached ac rooms)

But when i told them that offered hotel is not 3 star hotel, then they
Replied that their meaning is 3 star rating and not 3 star hotel
And in google and every where this hotel has more than 3* rating

Can you imagine that how they are making fool to public by comparing rating with hotel star
