[Resolved]  Tripgateway — False promises

I took a package of 8999 of Thailand from trip gateway
before taking the package i was promised hotel of baiyoke sky / baiyoke suite
Indra regent / amari watergate
my dates were 21st to 24th of april
i checked with the sales executive before taking this package that will i get a hotel on the above dates
he made promises that yes and me sent a form also
now the company say they cant book these hotels as they need a notice period of 21 days
i wasn't told about this by the sales guy ( Mr . ravi singh . extn number 351 )
now the company is not willing to refund me the amount
i only took the package on the basis that i was travlling on the above dates
if all details would have been provided while selling the package i would not have taken this deal
all i wish is a refund of my amount of 8999/-
a few days back i spoke to the booking department and they said they dont have the following hotels
i booked only because i was travelling on the above said dates
and was not interested in the deal
i spoke with 1 guy called gaurav who promised me a refund
now the company is sending me emails saying i didnt give them allocated period of time for the booking
the company by all means sells plans taking names of all hotels and when you want the booking they say they are not available
my only issue is if i was provided proper details of the list of hotels then i would have not taken this offer
they need to train there sales people and not cheat customers of their hard earned money
they provide all false information of free phone and packages
they make all fake promises of hotels
