Tripgateway — Fraud agency selling package in name of assured gift

I Got a call from [protected]/[protected] about offers on 3 - 5 star hotel bookings Manoj called me over phone and said that if I pay Rs. 8999 for holiday package they will give me Samsung Galaxy J7 Brand new handset free of cost as complimentary gift, he assured me that I will receive call from gift dept for confirmation of gift item & will deliver it within a 5 working days. I made a payment on 6th October, 2016. After 2days of making payment I realized it was false promise...

I am moving to consumer court...
Y beg for such fraud companies to refund our own money...
Join hands with me...
Same case as many have complained of assured mobile or tablet gift on booking in special hours... I wil put an end to this false assurances... Plz do join hands

Surely would like to join u in moving to consumer court. Turkey we need not peruse these fraud executives. They have wasted so much time of ours n disturbing us. They need to compensate :)
