Attaching a snapshot of the mail received from Mr. Ranjeet. He cleverly mentioned the gift over the phone and in the mail he added the referral part. So the customer care now denies any gift and use this as a tool to deny any such claims made by the marketing team.

Today I received a mail from Tripgateway saying that the package I bought is non-refundable where as it's clearly mentioned in their terms and conditions that it can be refunded. I had a call with Mr Gaurav during the weekend and he seemed quiet understanding. He had also requested me to avail their services and in the event of Tripgateway not able to provide the service of my choice, they would refund my booking amount.
Now, I don't understand if they can refund at that time, why not now??

Today Mr Gaurav called me to tell me that the money is non-refundable whatsoever. He even challenged me to fight it out in the court of law. Please find the snapshot of the the voucher that they sent me. and it's clearly mentioned about refund.

Today I received a call from Mr Gaurav Mehta(legal advisor) from Tripgateway and he was trying to bulldoze me into settling for only 80% refund. I didn't agree to him and requested for a full refund because I was cancelling the package on the grounds that they cheated me and not for any other reason. I even have a snapshot of the mail sent by him admitting that they had taken action against the sales guy who represented them. This means that he knew and admitted to the mistake.
I appeal to the admin to escalate this matter and take strict action against such companies.

After much fighting and justification, Tripgateway has agreed to refund my money. This complaint will stand to be resolved once my bank receives the money from them.
