Tripgateway.in — Cheating with false promise of freebies during the happy hours payment

I have paid Rs. 8999 on 9th May from Anjali. She has mentioned that company is offering a mobile phone or tablet if we do the payment in happy hours. I have asked for more clarification then she hand over the call to Ajay Gupta and he routed me to the tripgateway.in web site and ask for the payment. On doing the payment of Rs 8999, he told me that they would send Lenovo tablet but its more than 4 months and still nothing came. August 15th, 2016 I have recieved the call that they are sending the gift and again on 4th Sept they called that it is delayed but with in one week it would be delivered. After that I have not received any calls from them. I asked couple of times to call me to their sales team but still no calls. I have lost the trust in their words and need my money back. Already its more than 4 months and this is not the expected service that somebody could expect. So tripgateway folks kindly refund my money in a sooner way. ---Ashutosh Kumar ([protected])
