I had done a booking for ₹8999 on august 2016 almost after 15days of my booking i wanted them to refund my money as i was not satisfied with there response. I received a mail from tripgateway.in that my money will be refunded within 7 working days. Till date 28th may 2017 i have not received any refund, i have all the mail details of our conversation they are continuously making false promises and made me remove my previous complaint from this site and told me if i do so they will process my refund request, they had made various excuses in the past like it's because of demonetisation, techprocess is not working, server is down they are not able to refund and told me to apply for "charge back" in my respective bank when i asked my bank manager about charge back he directly refused and said there is no term call charge back they cannot process it after this incident i am continuously receiving calls from different numbers asking about my credit card details, cvv and password.
When i received a mail from tripgateway.in about the refund then why are they making excuses? Should i file an fir? Should i mail noida police? Should i move to consumer court?
Kindly mail me the details, what should i do to get my money back
