This is to bring to your notice that I had received a call from the executive named Mr Tanveer Khan of tripgateway.in on[protected]. He told me that I have been chosen as a lucky customer by tripgateway.in in their Happy Hours for using the Tech Gateway to avail the offer "Asia Accomodation Package @8999INR with assured gift which I would have to choose between a mobile phone (HTC 826 DS) or a tablet (Sony Xperia z2). I was not convinced with the authenticity of the offer at the first instance. But he assured me using his designation influence and showing that the company is an ISO rated, so they would not step back from the offer above. I made the payment after more than one hour conversation with him which he took to prove me the authenticity of the offer. Payment details are,

Further I received a confirmation mail regarding the payment made. In few days I received the Tour package booklet through courier. Courier details are,

Consignment No. - Z88202765
Mr Tanveer Khan asked me to provide the TG Code which would be on the above mentioned booklet as an address verification for the second package which would be a mobile phone as chosen by me. I did as asked of me by the executive. I was told that I would receive the second courier within 15 days from the receipt of the above package. I kept waiting for more than 60 days now but did not receive any package. I have been repeatedly calling tripgateway.in but mostly the person at the receiving end did not connect me to Mr Tanveer Khan, rather abused me and hung up. As always, they lied to me that he is not available but when I called from some other number they would connect me to him. This raised my suspicion against the whole team.
On[protected], I called Mr Tanveer as obvious I had to call him on[protected] for more than 5 times to reach him. When I got connected to him, I asked about the status of my courier. He told me that the courier has been dispatched on[protected] and I would receive the same by[protected]. In order to prove the authenticity of the package, he provided me the reference no. REFGLC99900 of the package, through their Gateway Logistics. I waited till[protected] but did not receive any phone call or the courier as promised. Further, I enquired about my package daily, and the executive at receiving end now do not connect me to Mr Tanveer, as they say he is on leave for few days, and always extend the time period for my package to reach me.
I`m highly disgusted to witness the fraudulent sales practices followed by tripgateway.in as being an ISO 9001:2008 certified company which pertains to quality standards for customer satisfaction. The frauds which the executives have done with me has highly disappointed me. The tripgateway.in has harassed me for last 2 months. I would be visiting consumer court for the harassment and breach of trust which I have faced from the company. I request the management of tripgateway.in to look into the matter and refund my amount 8999INR as I don`t want to do any sales from tripgateway in the future.

Updated by shubham3303 As per my resolution for above complaint, the Tripgateway.in team has made the compensation of the above issue as a Tablet, through the refferal scheme. Hopefully, issue was considered well in time by the support team.

As I felt at times, this is a complete fraud. I m so many times call but no response properly and some time different some meetings ya outsides I will call u back... very bad experience this cmpyExecutives (Karthik, Himanshu, Anurag Kashyap etc)
