I have purchased a package of 8999 for 4nights in domestic. First some Rohan sales guy cheat us with some happy hour Samsung phone which they have not given. Now when booking comes, there terms and conditions says for 3 star staying facility. They are giving a budget property from far from my location about 40Kms which costs Rs.410/night in makemytrip.Com. When I give the consent to their Legal team, that team is threatening to avail as given. Otherwise your package would be rejected. I need my money back from Tripgateway. I will file rtionline.gov.in if not resolved here.
