[Resolved] Tripgateway.in — Fraud phone calls regarding tour package

Sir

I received a phone call few days back regarding the tour accommodation package of rs8, 999 and the person calling from this company (tripgateway.in) phone number[protected],[protected] said if i book this package during the happy hours i will get a sony tablet free. its been 20 days i have not received any courier from them i am regularly calling them but no actions has been taken from them,
During the package booking i received 2 confirmation calls regarding my package, one for the vouchers another one for the tablet, when i called to the customer care yesterday he said they will not dispatch the tablet
When i asked for refund the person refused to give and said its not possible.
I have clearly mentioned them that i will accept the courier only when you provide me both the things in a same courier or refund my money.
