[Resolved]  Tripgateway.in — Fraud promise of mobile gift & still no refund of my money

1-4-16 ko tripgateway ne muje call kiya aur bola ki aap hamre company me lucky customer selecte ho gaye ho q k aap online transaction karte samay hamara payment getway use karte ho. Aur hamara aaj happy hours time pramotion offer chal raha hai, isliye company aapko tour package ke sath ek htc desire ka mobile gift de rahi hai jiski cost hai rs...14000 approx...

so... plz make payment..

& tranjaction id is[protected] on 1/4/16

as i was convience by them i had made payment of 8999 asia package.

now after that they had given me docket number of mobile is dispatch by d.t.d.c qurier & u will recive mobile in next 3 dayz.. z88526547 is docket number.. when i started to track this number, i confirmed by d.t.d.c quireier that this number is fake number..

now dayz i got that this peopele is just want to make FRAUD NOTHING ELSE.. SO I CALLED COMPANY TO REFUND ME MY MONEY.. THEY TOLD ME ON 26/5/16 THAT YOUR REQUEST OF REFUND IS DONE & U WILL B GET BACK AMOUNT ON 1/6/16 IN YOUR A.C... BUT STILL I HAD NOT RECIVED ANY AMOUNT FROM THEM..

NOW WHEN I CALLED UP THEM AGAIN THEY TOLD ME SIR THAT WE WILL NOT GIVE U ANY REFUND "DO WHATEVER U WANT TO DO... "

NOW I GOT COMPLEATELLY REDDY TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS KIND OF FRAUD COMPANIES. THEY JUST DONE SO MANY FRAUD TO OTHER SO MANY PEOPELS ALSO WAITING FOR THEIR REFUND..


I WANT TO REQUEST FOR "PLZ HELP ME & OTHER SO MANY PEOPLE DONE FRAUD BY THIS COMPANY & MAKE 100 % REFUND OF OUR TOUR PACKAJE OF 8999 RS...


PLZ TACK LEGAL ACTION AGAIST THEM AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE & REJECT THEIR license of ISO 9001:2008 CERTIFIED COMPANY, IT"S BAD IMPRESSION OF INDIAN RULES & REGULATIONS..

PLZ MAKE PROCESS FAST ASTHEY ALL READDY DOING WEST OF MY TIME & MY LIFE

Everday is going.. but still no update from there side.

as i had recived call on 5/7/16 by tripgetway for all details, ,

after they taken all details
BEHALF OF THEIR LEAGAL ADVISOR MR, GAURAV MEHTA they told me that they will clear my problem of refund .. now 15 days paased away but still not payment is recived from there..


now they WHAT is doing is not understable, , ,

still my problem in on same stage.. now how much i have to wait for their refunds as they r just not givng any confirmations even by complint done by
"INDIAN COMSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM "..

now its about to 30 days from i mad complaint on 23/6/16:
" indian consumer compliant forum "
but still "NO CLEAR STATUS"

PLZ, TALK TO THEM & SOLVE MY PROBLEM

Tripgateway is a Big Fraud company.

They are cheating 100 of innocent people on daily bases and taking money from them.

Same way they cheated me and took 17998 rupees from me with two policy And not ready to refund it.

Don't trust them, they are very Big cheater.
