[Resolved] Tripgateway.in — Fraud sell practice with fraud assured gift

Dear sir,

This is to bring to your notice that i had received a call[protected] from the executive of tripgateway named swati sinha on aug 4, 2016 morning. She told me that i have been chosen as a lucky customer by www.tripgateway.in for using the tripgateway to avail the offer "india, thailand and malaysia, accommodation package @ rs 8999/- with assured gift which i would have to choose between a samsung mobile galaxy s6 edge mobile (Samsung brand) and tablet (Lenovo yoga 10 hd plus). She assured me saying that the company is an iso rated company so they would not step back from the offer (I. E. Tour package and choice between a phone and tablet).
And then during the call she asked me to book this offer of rs 8999/- immediately as i am within 20 lucky customer for their happy hour. After i made the payment she said sir, i am redirecting this call to my boss raghuram. And you have to provide him your booking reference number so that we can parcel your tour package document along with assured gift to your address.
Then her boss raghuram started asking me to make one more payment of 8999/- to get double combo offer benefit (I. E one samsung mobile galaxy s6 edge mobile (Samsung brand) and one tablet (Lenovo yoga 10 hd plus). And he again assured me that within 3-5 days i will get one samsung mobile galaxy s6 edge mobile (Samsung brand) along with one tablet (Lenovo yoga 10 hd plus) as assured offer along with the booked policy.
Now twice they make to made the payment total of 17998/- indian rupees.
They forced me to do all this immediately.
After i made the payment i saw reviews on google for tripgateway frauds cases., tripgateway is a fraud company and same way they cheated many many people.

After all this, same day i asked them to cancel this policy and refund my full money 17998/- indian rupees but they refused it by saying, now offer is not-refundable and non-cancellable.

Since that date i spoke to them 20 times on their landline no.-[protected] now i just want my full money to be refunded from them.

I have requested to consumer complaint board to resolve my complaint and refund my full payment rs. 17998/- indian rupees.
And also request to you to please close this kind of fraud offices and blacklist this kind of website, and inform to innocent public.

Dear sir, you can also check conversation between me ([protected]) & their online support no[protected] as i have the recording saved in my mobile.

Please help me to get my full refund of 17998/- indian rupees.

If i won’t get my full money refund from tripgateway team then i will take legal action as i have all the recording in my mobile of tripgateway team which they told me to book this policy.

Updated by sajid1 this fraud company called me and said that first i have to resolve my complain then only will give my full refund, but after waited for so many day also they are not ready to refund my money and saying our top management is thinking about my complaint.
Such a non sense answer i am getting with one of there top cheater representative by name Gaurav Maheta.

it time to take legal action against them.

She told me that I have been chosen as a lucky customer by www.tripgateway.in for using the Tripgateway to avail the offer "India, Thailand and Malaysia, accommodation package @ Rs. 8999/- with assured gift which I would have to choose between a Samsung mobile galaxy s6 edge mobile (Samsung brand) and tablet (Lenovo Yoga 10 HD plus). she assured me saying that the company is an ISO rated company so they would not step back from the offer (i.e. Tour package and choice between a phone and tablet).
Further during the call she asked me to book this offer of Rs 8999/- immediately as I am within 20 lucky customer for their happy hour.

She made me to make the payment immediately without giving a second thought. After that, she said Sir, I am redirecting this call to my boss RaghuRam. And made me to provide my booking reference number so that they can parcel my tour package documents along with the assured gift to my address.

Then Her Boss RaghuRam started asking me to make one more payment of 8999/- to get double combo offer benefit (i.e. one Samsung mobile galaxy s6 edge mobile (Samsung brand) and one tablet (Lenovo Yoga 10 HD plus). And he again assured me that within 3-5 days he would give me one Samsung mobile galaxy s6 edge mobile (Samsung brand) along with one tablet (Lenovo Yoga 10 HD plus) as per assured offer along with the booked policy.
By doubling the offers (twice) the total payment of 17998/- Indian rupees being debited from my HDFC Credit Card Account.

Having made the payment in full and final settlement, After seeing reviews on Google on Tripgateway frauds cases., Tripgateway is a fraud company and have cheated many people.

Realizing the fact from Google, I immediately made a call to Tripgateway Swathi Sinha, to cancel the policy and return back my money of Rupees 17998/-.

In Reply, they refused saying, no cancellation nor any refundable will be made henceforth.
Due to my frustration I got upset and repeatedly I made many calls to the landline number ([protected]). But it was in vein.

May the Honorable Consumer complaint board take necessary action to hear my grievances and give a fair judgment in refunding my money back with the relief’s sought for.

Further for your kind information as an evidence, I have tracked the conversation made between both the party’s. (Myself and Tripgateway Team)
Evidence can be produced and proved at any point of trial by the honorable Consumer complain board.
