[Resolved]  Tripgateway.in — Fraud Travel agency selling package in name of assured gift

I would like to brief history of Fraud Agency Trip Gateway:

On 25th Jan’2016 I have received call from Mr. Rohan one of Tripgateway executive.
During call he explain me regarding Trip Gateway and offer me Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge model (Silver color)
He told me no need to provide any reference.

As per his confirmation with trust on him I made online booking with amount Rs 8, 999, My Customer ID :[protected]

On 25th Jan’2016 after payment of Rs. 8, 999 I have received call from Mr.Tarun.
Mr. Tarun confirmed me again about Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Silver color and noted my delivery address. He mentioned product will be deliver in 3 to 4 days.

There after I am keep calling Mr. Rohan about my Product delivery and he keep promising me to deliver in 3 to 4 days.

Now almost 8 months passed away. Looks like I have been cheated by Tripgateway.

Please do the needful and refund my amount as soon as possible. Mob. [protected]

Updated by abhijit.bhalerao As per discussion with Trip gateway executive they have not yet send brand new home theater free of cost and requesting to resolve complaint.
I am not going to resolve complaint unless and until my issue resolved.
Trip gateway is no 1 fraud travel agency.
I am requesting consumer complaint take strong legal action on Trip Gateway.

Why you are sending my email screen shot to me only?
What you want to prove?

What I am asking you focus on that only.

Let me know delivery time line of Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge on urgent basis.

Even i registered your complaint on consumer compliant portal still you are cheating with me!!!

Shame on you !!!

I would like to give a suggestion for all the people who got trapped in Tripgateway fraud that they can raise a chargeback against the company by writing a application to the bank mentioning about how they cheated you.
