Tripgateway.in is the biggest fraud website ever! On 03/10/2016, I received a phone call from Mr.Ajay Gupta, who said that there is an offer for 4 days and 5 nights trip stay in India, Malaysia, Thailand etc. for an offer price of Rs 8999, and booking in the happy hours would also give me a free mobile phone Samsung J7. I agreed to book the offer and made the payment later in the day, ans they had at that time promised that I will receive the free gift within 15 days and they would send a courier tracking number, etc. However, since then, despite me having kept a regular follow-up, they haven't arranged for the gift, and no prominent hotels appear on their list of hotels, so their claim of giving accommodation in 5 star hotels was an absolute fraud. Now, that Ajay Gupta is also beginning to avoid me, sometimes not picking up the phone, then saying they called my by mistake and they cannot refund my money! I have read other reviews on this website about similar traps with other customers, so I am really worried now about the money I have potentially lost forever.
