[Resolved] Tripgateway.in — Free gift of galaxy s6 edge

This happened on march 7th 2016. Mr rohan called me up on my mobile and he was selling a package for 8999/-. He assured me that, he will also send me a samsung galaxy s6 edge mobile after i book the package with him. He said that, lot of hotel people pass on huge gifts, to be given to customers who buy all package vouchers from tripgateway. Its been now 23 days and he is still assuring me that, he will send the same... Nothing received till date except voucher...
8th march i also get call from gift department, they said you will receive your welcome kit with galaxy s6 edge mobile within 4-5 days, but received only welcome letter not mobile.
I called mr. Rohan again and again, he said you will receive your gift of galaxy s6 edge mobile before holi, after holi said to receive till march end, but not received yet.
I am calling them from two days, no body is answering.
I have voice recording also of all discussions with mr.Rohan and gift department.
If trip gatway will not provide galaxy s6edge mobile, i can resiter fir also if required.

Complaint marked as Resolved

Trip gateway salesman said to mark as resolved your complaint first, than we will send your gift. I marked also as resolved, but Till today they had not sent my gift. I had follow up them continuously but every time they said, you will get your gift in next week. On 30th April 2016 Mr. Gaurav called me and told that was wrong commitment by our sales man, we will not send you your gift of s6edge mobile, than I request him that please refund my money if your sales man had made wrong commitment. But they are not agree to refund my money also. Sir, what is my mistake if Trip gateway's salesman had made wrong promise, they should refund my money. Please help me . Trip Gateway is totally fraud company. I have all call recording ofTripgateway's sales man.

Just now, I got call from tripgateway's representative Mr. Sanjeet.
He told me to send galaxy s6 edge within 7 days.

Dear Mr. Shyam,
Contact your bank & inform them about this fraud/wrong transaction- raise dispute form for this transaction (within 30 days of transaction) & ask tripgateway team for complete refund of money (they will offer your free gift like music system or something like this dont accept that, they will ask your permission to deduct transaction amount from your refund - dont accept that - ask for complete refund) -- dont deviate from your stand.
