Tripgateway.in — Giving false commitment and selling the package to customers

I have received a call from mr. rohit sharma and he explained about trip gate way and he told that the company offered a gift (mobile gadget) for me and if i purchase a package. also, he told that the company is iso certified and he promised for his commitment.

As per his commitment, i have purchased the package (purchase id[protected], dated 29th sep 2016) but now he is not sending the gift as promised. now again asking to purchase another package and i got another call from mr. suresh rawat to purchase another package.

Since, the commitment is false so i am not interested to purchase another package.

As i have purchased the package only due to his commitment and the commitment is failed.

I request you to fulfill the commitment (or) kindly refund the total amount without any deductions. i am ready to surrender the package if 100% charges are refunded to me.

Please treat as customer complaint and also request you to take necessary action for not making any false commitment to sell the package.
