The issue is not resolved yet, but Tripgateway Team had asked me to modify the status otherwise they will not refund my money.
And now they are not receiving any calls, nor replying correctly.
Upon asking the status of my refund after waiting for more than 15 days, see how they have responded. It seems the amount shown at their side and I need to check on my side without letting me know the transaction ID. I have asking them to reply with the transaction ID, no reply by email, and they are not receiving any calls too.
Which company on earth answers so unprofessionally ?
