Also after reading the reviews of other complains, I see that the company is totally aware of similar cases in past and everytime they give excuse saying that they have terminated the sales person. But the same case happens again and again which is possible only if the company itself has designed the master plan. This site needs to be blacklisted and other people should not fall prey to it further.
Guys reading this review requesting you to take print outs o[censored]r mails, or any other evidences or just write down ur complaints and post it to company site. Post 15 days send the same to consumer forum. Dnt worry about lack of evidence, coz there will be many of such and it will be hard for them to defend. Dnt waste ur time talking to these people.

Hi I have not received any reply yet. Kindly resolve the issue within 15 days orelse I will take the matter to consumer court with all the evidences I have. Also plz note that I want all communication through mail only as the there has been very bad response from tripgateway over telephone.
i have not received any resolution yet inspite of sending mails after mails to clarify the issue to the tripgateway customer care. instead mr Gaurav mehta keeps calling again and again to disturb and irritate and forcible ask to acknowledge his mails with his conditions and has co connection to resolve the issue. he calls me and threatens on sending legal notice. later again he says someone else (a friend of the employee on whom i have registered my complain) has done it from his office. they are sending me time bound mails to reply orelse they will consider the package acknowledgement now when mr gaurav has understood my hectic job profile and that it will not be possible for me to reply on time. also once they are offering complementary watch to close the complain and then after few days they say that they will refund with the condition that first i have to take back my complain from the site and then they will refund.i am harassed a lot my tripgateway and suffered a loss of my peace of mind along with the money.
Customer help desk of tripgateway has mailed me that they can only refund my money if I mark this complaint as resolved and share the screenshot to them, as per their company policy. So In order to get back my money I have to mark this complaint resolved. They have acknowledged to refund my money by 8th Aug 2016 and without any more conditions. In case it doesn't get credited by then I will re upload the same.
one more victim in me...same offer 8999/ same false promise...lets make one group in whats up...and discuss, so that this should not happen for others...[protected]... lets fight...we can get some solid solution, if we all join and discuss..
