I book package on 4th March

4th march 2016 ko muje bikas sinha ne call kiya aur bola ki ur selected for Lucky customer in our company's in happy hours time because ur make online payment n using our payment getway, i[censored]r book packege of 8999/- so company given u HTC ONE M9 PLUS mobile gift with tour package of 4-5 days and u received ur gift within 7 days, so i book package of Rs.8999/- i received only welcome kit on 15th march 2016, but till gift not received, they only comittment i dispatched u r gift n received within 4 days but after 42 days they make me fool last 42 days just saying dispatching within 2-3days but not dispatched the company make only fool to people
So people pls beware from this company

the company forces me to u first mark complaints as resolved then after u send gift n i mark as Resolved but after some days it not dispatch any gift, they given me just fake commitment

Today i calling customer care n asked for my gift HTC MOBILE so he told me pls wait on 22th April company' dispatch ur gift on 22th April n u received within 4 days
The people are make just fool n do the fake promises just pass day,
Last 45 days every day there exicutive given fake gift promises but not still received any gift
