[Resolved] Tripgateway.in — Not delivered assured gift even after 2 months

I got a call from Tripgateway executives Anjali and Aakash in the middle of July stating that if I purchase Rs 8999 tour pack along with that I will be given a free gift of 4G mobile or TAB.
AS per the initial conversation as soon as I made online payment the tour voucher and the gift will be dispatched. But once the payment was received (Transaction id[protected] dated 21st July, 2016) all statements started changing. Then they said once the tour voucher is received there will be a reference number which has to be given and then executive will process my gift request. However since then almost two months has passed and after several phone call assurance I am still at the same position.
The only difference is now they have stopped picking up call from my mobile and landline numbers.

Company's director(owner) Sh Abhishek spoke to me and he was very polite. He expressed inability to provide smart phone but assure to provide home theater for which I agreed.

TripGateWay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I would like to give a suggestion for all the people who got trapped in Tripgateway fraud that they can raise a chargeback against the company by writing a application to the bank mentioning about how they cheated you.
