Tripgateway had mentioned they provide 3 star Hotels and resorts.Sorry to say but kapoor residency the hotel which was alloted to me is not even a proper grade hotel.( Jan 19-Jan 22 )
Tripgateway has provided the list of hotels ( list attached ). It is seen that H K Clarks Amristar will be alloted ( which was also mentioned by self in earlier request ) .Can I know why the mentioned hotel in your list was not alloted even after providing the request form to you 30 days in advance ?
I have paid Rs 8999 towards this package and I have been alloted a hotel which costs about Rs 2200 including taxes . Refer screenshot.

The party called me today around 2 pm ( 12 Jan ) I clearly notified them that the hotel offered to me was not of the standard and the price of the hotel offered is much lesser then the amount of the package charged to me.
My point is same why have they not provided me with the hotel I had suggested a month back.
