[Resolved] Tripgateway.in — Refund of my money | |||
Its been 5 months since i have been asking for a refund of my money im tired calling tripgateway and it seems they have blocked my number i guess ive been cheated of my money neither have i received any free gift which they promise there is no reply from the company executives I want my money back. Nov 4, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved We would like to inform you that we are going to refund your amount after 20% deduction (Cancellation, processing fee) i.e of Rs 8999 - 1799 = 7199* and you will get your refund amount within 45 working days from today (Saturday & Sunday not include). This refund is process because due to the customer is not happy with our services and apart of that your all complaint is resolved now you do not have any further issue with Trip Gateway Company.
You marked few complaints on our name web sites, Please resolve/ Remove them so that we process you for further. On this same mail we need reply of Screen shots resolve complaints.
Kindly acknowledge the mail so that we can proceed for further.
