Sir,
I had received a phone from mr. Rahul having mob. No.-[protected] &[protected] about package & a gift of vivo mobile. I had booked tht & till now not send the same. Kindly querry about the above. I had given throug paytm to the above rs.12499/- for the above package. If it is not correct one then kindly cancel the above tour package & refund the same. Again the customer care no is [protected]. So kindly do the needfull.

Sales representative of mytripgateway Mr.rahul telephoned me on and informed me about sales promotional scheme of the mytripgateway (website: www.mytripgateway.in). He assured me that I would receive free gift of vivo v5 golden colour with one year warranty, if I booked holiday package of Rs 12499/- on the same day before 6PM because such gifts were for limited persons and for limited time :for happy hour only. Relying on his assurance, I applied for holiday package of mytripgateway and paid Rs 12499/- in good faith.
After receiving payment successfully from me under transaction id TMW[protected], the sales representative, assured me that docket number of despatch of free gift of mobile would be sent to me through mail and mobile will deliver in 4 to 5 days. I need not to be worried. He advised me to send complete postal address through email so that the gift can be delivered at proper address. Accordingly, in reply to email received from mytripgateway, I emailed my address for sending free gift and package to me.
But till today I have not received the assured free gift.
