Recieved call from tripgateway by mr deelip and as usual other callers he asked about complaint n i had said pls go through mails i had sent then he cut the call with statement " go to hell". I don't know how these people has been there for promotion or sending the customer to hell...

I was going through post as you had mentioned there tripgateway was consulted n they r not interested in resolving the issue.
now you can understand that how they r cheating customers in the name of assured gift. Even one mr abhishek shukla from tripgateway has confirmed me over phone that yes mr ajay gupta has offered me assured gift as mr shukla has checked recorded conversation before i had paid on 07.01.2016.
i am not sure of call being recorded by them or any such rule is there or not. If they cango through conversations of 07.01.16.
Then definitely i will get my money. Or else you also help me in making famous tripgateway.in in fraudulent as they r interested in fraudulent promotions of there company

This is inform you that if you are not happy with our services then we already informed you after 24 hours we will proceed it for refund.because we want customer's trust money doesn't matter that same thing is missing in your case, any ways

As i was promised assured Gift of Mobile Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and then i had purchased the package. Just after being payment made from my side i felt the voice and words of Mr Ajay Gupta and other persons varying from promised before payment.
Hence i felt very unhappy with Tripgateway.in and since 08.01.2016 requesting refund of package cost.
and after prolonged harassment to me by your team you are offering refund.
As i had not accepted/received any of your package and hence issue of Deduction towards cancellation is not acceptable to us. Even you should pay extra amount to me for getting harassed by your people starting from Mr Ajay Gupta and others
I sincerely request your kind self to refund the full money i.e Rs.8999/- from the account in which you had received money immediately.
Please do not linger the issue or else i will proceed further and can ask interest also on the amount paid to you(with side effect of your fraud promotions).

Its disgusting to talk to Tripgateway.in team as they are always free to eat my brain over phone except refund of money. Its really painful to receive call from Tripgateway.in.
It appears tripgateway.in is a organisation meant for fraud. This is why i am saying because no management can bear n harassment of customer once they understand that salesman's is wrong. One more thing for reverting back money no company will ask for account details which is being asked as shared in above mail posted. The money shall be credited in same account from which money recieved. And why tripgateway.in is asking for 45 working days. Mind 45 working days. Means they r intrested in harssing customer for 63 days...so that customer will also get mad...

This is the last chance to Tripgateway.in if a i am not getting my money back, i will lodge a complaint with police department on Monday.

On Daily bases they are cheating 100 of innocent people.
They cheated me as well and took 17998 rupees from me and not refunding it.
