I got a call from tripgateway on 8 august 2016 from mr tarun stating that if I purchase a holiday package from them then they will give me assured gift samsung galaxy s7 32 gb. I asked why gift, so he said its an promotional offer from tripgateway and its only for 20 customer and is valid only for today itself and i have make instant payment and do the booking for the gift rightnow. I blindly purchased a holiday package for rs 5499/-INR and got a confirmation email stating transaction id[protected] and said u will receive the holiday package coupon and gift in 8 working days. I have received the holiday coupon but i haven't received the gift yet. On calling mr tarun sevral times he is not ready have conversation with me. Please refund my money or give my gift.
