Mr. Rohan called me over phone and said that if I pay Rs. 8999 for holiday package they will give me Samsung Galaxy J7 Brand new handset free of cost as complimentary gift. During the conversation I asked him that on your company website it is not mentioned and not mentioned in terms & conditions as well why you are telling something different. But he assured me that I will receive call from gift dept for confirmation of gift item & will deliver it within a 5 working days. I made a payment on 25th August, 2016 with transaction ID[protected]. After making payment when I realized it was false promise made by him and I immediately wrote to Tripgateway about this false promise and requested for money refund. Initially they gave me some foolish reasons that due to sales target pressure agent Rohan has given false promise and he has been fired from the job for making such false promise. But there are replies from Tripgateway officials for the complaints in this same website in the month of March saying Mr. Rohan has been fired. So it means that Mr.Rohan never been fired it was just a false response again from Tripgateway officials. After having series of discussions with Mr. Gaurav (who claimed himself as Manager who looks into customer complaints) they confirmed through an email on 2nd September 2016 saying that they will deduct 10% from amount and refund remaining amount within 45 days, this is pathetic. I still doubt this is also a false promise. I am eagerly looking to get my hard earned money back immediately.

Same request has been sent to their director Mr. Rahul Sewaiwar hope at least he is real and looks into my issue. look forward for his response.

Updated by santhosh_m Today i.e 24/10/2016 I have received a call from Tripgateway officer Mr. Abishek from the number[protected]. He claimed that he has gone through my complaint on this website and he accepted that there is some false promise made and for that refund email has been sent. My whole concern to raise a complaint here is that till now I did not get my money back, but Mr. Abishek was insisting me during the call to mark this complaint as resolved then only their accounts team will look into refund procedure. Which is not at all fair and not at all professional to insist me to with draw the complaint without refunding my money when the complaint is all about getting my money back. I made my point very clear until I get my money back, I wont be marking this complaint as resolved.

Tripgateway should not be playing such stupid tricks to reduce or with draw the complaints in this website, instead I really appreciate if they look into my concern and refund my money back immediately.
