Mr. Mayank Yadav Sales Executive sold package of Rs.8999 with assured gift of Happy Hours on 2nd May 2016. Till last 19th June 2016 Mr. Mayank other staff on providing registered mobile number use give different date for dispactch of Lenovo Yoga2 HD Tablet worth approximately Rs. 23000 as assured gift.

On 20th I asked to cancel transaction and asked for refund through mail and telephonic conversation with customer care. There was no reply 29th June. Again I forwarded mail on 29th June 2016.

I got Call from Mr Gaurav in the authority of Legal Advisor for Tripgateway. Trip gateway (Mr. Gaurav) denied to provide committed gift. Also accpted that Mr. Mayank sold package with wrong information. He offered me some other assured gift to get it resolve. When I did not accepted mail come with information to wait for 21 working day to higher authorities to contact me.

Updated by Dipak K Bhavsar Now I'm waiting for 45 working days to get complete to register a complaint in Police Station.
Also will publish in all social networking account.
I didn't understand why there is no reply from team consumer complaints on this complaint.

With their help I've got refund of Rs. 7200 now waiting for remaining amount to get refund.

This comment is to convey to Tripgateway please take note of it:
After I raised complaint on this portal you shown interest.
You asked for accepting deduction 20% amount on refund.
Your representative Mr. Gaurav who conveyed him self your legal advisor should learn some etiquettes how to talk to customers he uses words "aapne khud apni marva li", "listen Mr dipak" and asked him why shoud we listen to that .
Whatever blamed above is with proper proof please note.

Let you refund amount then I'll remove my complaint.
Otherwise I've phone call recordings of all peopleof tripgateway.

I have recorded there fraud conversation in my mobile and having the proof of there fraud sales practice.

If any one want let me know i can share it.

They cheated me with same way and not ready to refund, its a cheating company and Mentally Harassing the people.

I put the case on them and soon they will get legal notice from me and Court. Also i register the FIR against them.

Guys please Don't trust this fraud company, Tripgateway.in.

They are the same people cheating everyone with just changing there name to confused the other. LIke Swathi Sinha, Gaurav Maheta and so on...
